Terms of Use

Before downloading or using any of my Utaus or fan designs for voicebanks without mascots, please thoroughly read my terms of use:

You can:

• Use Deci Mal for noncommercial purposes
• Use Deci Mal for content that contains violence, but not content that actively encourages it
• Use Deci Mal for sexual content, so long as all parties are consenting adults
• Use Deci Mal for religious content, but not for proselytization
• Use Deci Mal for activist content, but not to promote or degrade any political affiliation
• Edit any oto.ini, for personal use only. If you find a bug, you can report it to me and I will release a patch update to fix it
• Ship Deci Mal however and with whoever you want*, no permission required**.
  *as long as it's not a romantic or sexual ship with a minor, doi!
  **Also make sure it's in the other party's TOS (for instance, if a character is gay and you can't portray him otherwise, don't ship Deci with him).
• Include Deci Mal in Utau tier lists, I won't feel bad however you rank her.

You cannot:

• Use Deci Mal or her likeness for commercial purposes without purchasing a commercial license
• Claim Deci Mal as your own
• Redistribute the Utau .wav files or any aspect of Deci Mal voicebanks
• Use Deci Mal to encourage hate or discrimination based on one's race, sex, gender, orientation, religion, class, or disabilities
• Use Deci Mal to spread misinformation or encourage harassment
• Use Deci Mal in a manner that may damage the reputation of SuperStarXD
• Create derivatives with Deci Mal
• Use Deci Mal for NFTs or any crypto
• Use Deci Mal (samples or rendered songs) to train AI or as a voice model in AI voice-changers (such as RVC and Diff-SVC) or AI voicebanks (such as DiffSinger)
• Use Deci Mal to sing AI-generated music
• Use Deci Mal's image or likeness to train or generate AI art
• Port Deci Mal to other vocal synth engines, such as DeepVocal or NiaoNiao
• Sell any part of Deci Mal's voicebanks
• Use Deci Mal (samples or rendered songs) to produce sample packs.

Notes on Commercial Purposes:

• The use of Deci Mal for commercial purposes requires the purchase of a commercial license (Coming soon)
• Deci Mal is only available for commercial use by individuals and sole-proprietors. For partnerships to use Deci Mal for commercial purposes, all members must purchase their own license. The use of Deci Mal for commerical purposes by corporations is forbidden.

Other

Fan designs and joke Utaus follow the same TOS, except that commercial use is forbidden.

SuperStarXD is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur while using Deci Mal

Notes on Lore:

You are free to ignore my lore, with the following exceptions:

• Deci Mal must keep her age and gender
• Fart-Chan, Kaboom-Kun, and Toilet-Dono must keep their species
• Kevin and Mai must keep their ages

Also you must credit ZapSplat every time you use Fart-Chan, Kaboom-Kun, and/or Toilet-Dono
